Michelle Pennington received her Masters of Fine Arts
in Glass from the University of Texas at Arlington (UTA)
in 2016 and received her Bachelor of Fine Arts from
Bowling Green State University in Ohio. Michelle
specializes in hot glass sculpting and blowing. She has exhibited throughout the United States and has toured with a mobile glass studio throughout the Mid West. She received an enhanced teaching assistantship to UTA, a Glass Art Society Student Scholarship, a Nunez Grant, McDowell Travel Grant and the Dubois Glass Scholarship. She has studied in Italy, Czech Republic, Istanbul, Turkey and in the United States at Penland School of Craft, Pilchuck Glass School, Pittsburgh Glass Center and the Corning Museum of Glass. She was a teaching assistant for Glass Artists Scott Darlington and Shunji Omura. Michelle was a Lecturer at Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth and a lecturer at UTA, teaching glass blowing.

International Stanislav Libensky award-winning Glass Artist Eric Hess originally hails from New Orleans.
He received a Master of Fine Arts in Sculpture and Glass
from the University of Texas at Arlington (UTA). His work
is in the permanent collections of the National Liberty
Museum in Philadelphia and the Museum of Decorative
Arts in Prague, Czech Republic. He has exhibited in
Europe and the United States and taught at the University of Texas at Arlington. . Eric specializes in Sand Casting Glass and Kiln Casting. He was the recipient of the Visionary Scholarship from the Art Alliance for Contemporary Glass, Harvey & Bess Littleton Scholarship at Penland School of Craft, Scholarship to Pilchuck School of Glass and recently was a winner of a Stanislav Libensky International Award, which was presented in Prague. This coming year he will be exhibited in the Museum of Glass In Tacoma, Washington. He has curated several exhibitions at museums and galleries throughout the Gulf South and lectures frequently. Eric recently curated a special “Summer of Glass Exhibition” at Shreveport Regional Arts Council’s Artspace.
Sebastian is an artist from Akron, Ohio. He studied glass at Kent State University where he earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts. For the past six years, in addition to making and selling his own artwork, he has worked as an instructor and production glassblower at Akron Glass Works.
Addison is presently a third year Master of Fine Arts candidate at the University of Texas at Arlington. Previously she studied glass at Tulane University. She travels to Sanctuary Glass Studios on weekends to assist us in the hot shop.
